Grouping objects into disjoint sets class provides a lightweight way to group arbitrary objects together into disjoint sets. This class provides a lightweight way to group arbitrary objects together into disjoint sets when a full-blown graph data structure would be overkill. Objects can be joined using .join(), tested for connectedness using joined(), and all disjoint sets can be retreived using get(). The objects being joined must be hashable.

Windows 8 estimates: 500 million users in 2013

Microsoft expects to launch a new wave of optimism with Windows 8. In a recent statement, Steve Ballmer, chief executive at Microsoft, estimates that Windows 8 will reach a total of about 500 million users by the end of 2013.
